Because of this, it’s extremely important that we practice genuine, respectful inclusivity and equality. Should any issues arise, we will commit to our action plan of having everyone involved to address them cooperatively with an open, empathetic mind and heart. Criticism should be as constructive as possible so that we’re building each other up rather than tearing each other down. 

We also encourage our staff to take this commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and equality outside our workplace through volunteering: some of our staff currently mentor underprivileged youth and some design websites for nonprofits supporting marginalized groups such as women and minorities in tech. We also donate a portion of our profits to organizations that match the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations Foundation for a healthier, more affordable, equal, sustainable, peaceful, and overall happier world.
